Position Description:

The Tanzania Standard (Newspapers) Limited is a private limited liability company owned by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania. The company publishes Tanzania's leading newspapers - Daily News, Sunday News, Habarileo, Habarileo Jumapili and online editions of these newspapers accessed on the website www.dailynews-tsn.com and www.habarileo.co.tz.

It owns modern printing and pre-press facilities and has an elaborate products distribution network.

Suitably qualified Tanzanians are invited to join our family in the following positions:

Entry Qualifications:

Certificate in Logistics or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.

Holder of Certificate in Secondary School Education

Must have at least three (3) years relevant work experience.

S/he must have computer skills.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

·         Make all documentation concerning dispatch of newspapers from the printing

·         Write all material requisition, monitor its consumption and make documentation waste, good copies and the remaining materials.

·         Participate in production process and monitor the insertion of the newspapers to be corrected and that they are packed correctly.

·         Make daily report and submit to the Production supervisor.

·         Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
