Sr. M&E Specialist-Agriculture & Food Security

Qualifications
Candidates must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the planning, management, and monitoring and evaluation of international development projects or their equivalent, including data collection and analysis; be fluent in English with good report -writing skills; have experience in managing for results or a comparable planning system; be computer-literate; and, be able to travel to the field. Candidates should be self-motivated, able to produce results with minimal supervision, and have strong analytical skills. Familiarity with USAID guidance and regulations, particularly Performance Management Plans (PMPs) and related M&E procedures, is a plus.
